Welcome!Greetings everyone, ANC 7B01
will be offering Disaster Preparedness Training for the
Community at the UPO Community Service Center located at 1649
Good Hope Rd. S.E. on Saturday: March 13, 20 and
concluding on April 3 from 9:00 a.m. - 3;00 p.m. EVERYONE
IS WELCOME! There will be free Coffee and Danish in the
morning and I have the pleasure of thanking the Anacostia
Coordinating Council for providing a free lunch. It is most important that we learn to
prepare for impending disaster especially after seeing the aftermath
of Hurricane Katrina and the devastating earthquake that shook Haiti
and more recently Chili. Our own snow storms put us in the
survival mode here in D.C. This training is full of
information and the class descriptions are listed below. Let's
train to be prepared to assist our family members, our neighbors and
our community in the case of disaster. Disaster happens! And please let's encourage the young men
in our communities to take this training this will be good training
to add to their resumes' SPACE IS LIMITED SO PLEASE REGISTER SOON! TO REGISTER: Please respond to this
email with your name, address and contact phone. Or you may
call me at 202-907-5990. You will receive a reminder prior to
the class date. Thank you for your participation, Commissioner Holly Muhammad 202-907-5990 CERT Training Classes Description The DC Citizen Corps program provides
